Given the chance to draw a cute little baby, instead I drew a woman about to puke with morning sickness. What is wrong with me you ask? I have no idea.
I think part of my need to go this way was that I was sure many people would draw cute babies, but few would come up with this image, and thus, my rampant need to be a black sheep rears its ugly head again. Regardless, I like this image despite its dark streak. I’m dark and I guess so is my perspective…what’s a girl to do?

Thats not a dark illustration. Its kinda clever actually. A dark way to illustrate IF:Baby would be to draw a brother and sister making out. Thats dark and extra digity.

Thanks everyone. I guess it’s proof that I should go with my instinct and not hold back, considering that this is the first IF I’ve done that “outsiders” have commented on (Welcome Connie and Elizaw) and it’s also the one I was most unsure of. I’ll have to stick with instinct then and practice trusting myself…of course it could just be that this is the first one I did in color…hmm…
Mike: Your IF:Baby suggestion makes me glad you’re not participating (yet).
